Terms & Conditions
By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. We may change or modify all or any part of these Terms at any time, so you should check these each time you visit the site.
The following applies to all transactions processed, whether online, by telephone or by email. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully.
Wine must be purchased in multiples of 6 bottles for delivery purposes. You can mix and match as you wish to make up your box of 6 wines.
In accordance with UK law, we will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are aged 18 years old or older, and we reserve the right not to deliver your order if we are unsure of this.
We only enter into a contract with you at the point at which we accept your order and process payment.
You are not allowed to use the site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent order in anticipation of demand.
All prices shown are in £ sterling and we reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time. You can pay for your order by Mastercard, Visa, Delta/Connect or Maestro either on-line via Worldpay (a secure encrypted on-line order facility) or you can telephone or email your order to us and make payment over the phone or via a secure email link.
All products are offered subject to availability.
Whilst we make our best endeavours to keep product details, descriptions, price and availability up to date on our website, we cannot guarantee the accuracy in all circumstances, nor can we guarantee the availability of specific products or vintages.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices and specifications at our discretion at any time.
In the event that a product that you order is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a similar replacement, or to agree another acceptable outcome (such as a refund, or agreement to postpone your order until the product comes back into stock).
All prices shown are in £ sterling. Product prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate. The Basket and Checkout itemises the VAT element of your order.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, it is possible that products may occasionally be mis-priced. We reserve the right to adjust prices and offers at our discretion at any time. If we discover a pricing error which affects your order we will, at our discretion, contact you and ask whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price. Please note that we will not be obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.
Our delivery information can be found here.
Please note that during peak times or periods of adverse weather, the estimated delivery timescales may be extended.
We do not deliver to destinations outside the UK.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed against your order to the value of the voucher purchased. Vouchers are non-transferable and have no alternative value. Vouchers can be used once only, and only one voucher is redeemable per transaction.
The expiry date is specified on the voucher. After this date, the voucher is null and void. We reserve the right to refuse a voucher being claimed should we feel the transaction is in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations & Returns
You can cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your order until 14 days after delivery. All cancellations must be received in writing to our office. Should you decide to cancel, you must return the goods to us in a saleable condition, at your own expense. We will process a full refund (including the original delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights. We may require faulty or incorrect bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
